[Bug]: 5.3.5 world not compatible with 5.4.0/5.4.1.

What happened?

After updating from 5.3.5 the game will complain about a datapack change and insists in quitting to the main menu or start in safe mode. (Which means no mods at all defeating the purpose.)

This has been a stupid thing Mojang introduced some vanilla versions ago. Sadly modders will have to work their way around this or users will have to stick to older versions of mods if they insist in playing existing worlds.
