[Bug Neoforge 1.20.1]: Rift Stabilizer does not work at all

What happened?

No matter how hard I try, I can't use the rift stabilizer at all, it simply doesn't consume nor show any rift core hitbox or whatever. I have a rift in my house that I can't stabilize at all because of this.

When I click elsewhere it does show me where the rift core is, but when I click on it, nothing happens.
