Something went wrong while trying to teleport you
While attempting to use a dimensional door on a fabric dedicated server, I ran into the error "Something went wrong while trying to teleport you, please report this bug"
This bug only happened as a once off, and after leaving the door and attempting to re-enter, it worked, although it teleported me back and forth a handful of times before working properly.
I managed to get the relevant logs from the server owner so I can report the exact exception, and all related errors, which can all be found at the following pastebin: https://pastebin.com/dd5A0tAR The error log is quite long, but I hope this can be of some help to try and find the issue.
