[1.18.2] Soft Incompatibility with Nomad Books

While testing my modpack for interactions between the mods, I found an incompatibility between Nomad Books and Dimensional Doors: If you place a dimensional door in a nomad book camp, pack up the camp, place the camp somewhere else, and then enter the Dimensional Door in that camp, you will be trapped in the pocket dimension as the door considers the rift on the other side "closed". You can still leave the pocket dimension through an Oak Dimensional Door.

There isn't really a reason to put a dimensional door in a nomad camp, but if someone does do that for whatever reason, there's a risk they'll be stuck in a pocket dimension.

Not sure if this bug is even worth fixing, but it'd be nice to a warning about this on the mod page.

This is due rifts as currently coded are position and world based right now. The door loses its connection upon being picked up.
