[1.12.2] Non player placed quartz portals bugged.

When using a quartz dim door that has been spawned in using commands or as part of a structure gen, you get a popup saying "This rift doesn't lead anywhere". If you use structure blocks to spawn a quartz door, it fails to register the new rift. You can go to your pocket dim, but get sent to limbo upon leaving, with a message saying to report this bug.
