Cannot spawn RuinMod Structures in Limbo

RuinMod spawns structures in dimensions, But i cannot spawn them in DIM 684. Something in the mod is preventing it.

yes i'm aware that blocks gets converted to unraveled fabric but i am using this system to Spawn a BOSS in limbo, (it has to do with command blocks, it spawns then gets deleted.)

Mod version is 3.0.9
