[Bug] Take a long time to merge cloud and local data, need to optimize [Huge data related]

Bug Info

How to reproduce?

  1. Cloud backup data about 3M
  2. Modify local data
  3. Cloud backup again, and select merge cloud and local data

What happened?

Take about 10 mins to merge local and cloud data. And the same issue, when do cloud restore with huge data.
