[Misskey] Add channel support

[Npepperlinux]

Misskey has community features within the server that do not federate with external servers.

Related Api: channels/, create, update, featured, owned

• favorite/unfavorite: manage user favorited channels in a list. Able to view them only as a favorites list at channels/my-favorites.
• follow/unfollow: manage user following channels. Able to view followed channels via channels/followed and integrates posts from these channels into user home timeline.
