Is there a way to set max salary use per team?

For example I don't want to ever spend more than 18,000 salary on any given team. Is there a way to set this up?

I "think" he says max 18000 from a certain team on the slate, not the lineup produced itself. @DevChrisMiller can you clarify?

I couldn't get this to work but if anyone else has an idea? I see we have budget settings that can probably be fitted to work
