Add darkmode accross site

Hi I noticed there was a PR for dark mode but when I tested it on my local it was not persisting. When I moved from one page to other it reverts back to light mode.

In this pr I have added 3 option

  • Default- That maches the configuration of your PC/Laptop, i.e whether its configures to see apps in light mode or dark mode
  • Light mode- Turns entire site into light mode
  • Dark mode-Turns entire site into dark mode
