@ShinyFabio, unfortunately this won't fix your original issue related to editing of column/row names in modal dialogs. As I mentioned above this is quite complicated and I have not yet...

Hmmm... I think it is your selection criteria, can you include the printout of `cyto_deatils(gs)`?

Can you try setting `select = 1` instead?

And if you remove select completely does it run?

@GKok I don't want to waste time fixing this for the current version. Perhaps in the meantime you could try running the following before gating: ```{r} cyto_details(gs)$name
