Article Link broken in EpipolarLightScattering readme

I was looking for more info on the technique in the Atmosphere sample and saw that you link to an 'article by Intel' (in this readme), but I can't get that to load. I can also see that article (I think it is named "Outdoor Light Scattering Sample Update"?) on the intel website by searching on google for similar terms, but it also leads to Intel Developer Zone landing page.

Was this technique described in one of the GPU Pros, or a different series? Thought I saw it there but I can't recall now..

Apparently, Intel removed the article completely. Yes, it was also described in Gpu Pro 5.
