Feature Request: Support Group Mappings

It'd be really nice if you could have PHPBB Global Moderators automatically be MediaWiki sysops. And map custom PHPBB groups to custom MediaWiki groups.

Requires PluggableAuth 7.0.0.

This feature makes sense to me. However, a combination of having no time and it not being something we would use at DProofreaders (so no direct motivation) means I'll not be picking it up anytime soon.
