Update analyses dropdown menu

For the switch over to Girder 5, PR #453 added some slightly hacky code to make sure that the bootstrap-submenu plugin is added to the correct instance of jQuery. While the approach taken there works, and is good enough for the initial push to Girder 5, the code should be revisited, and we should look into using some other third party library to handle the submenu functionality, or investigate other UX ideas for selecting analyses.
