Check tests for service

Please check the tests for the service module. You can find them in tests/service/ and they include tests for Service, DialogSystem and the PublishSubscribe decorator. The functions that are not bounded to any class (_send_msg, _send_ack and _recv_ack) are in tests/service/external_functions_test.py
