No documentation warning

Describe the bug Whenever you don't add documentation for a method, you will get a warning in the API project. However, this error won't appear in the job scheduler / service / repository. Make sure these warnings are configured in all projects.

These warnings will show up if you (in Visual Studio):

  1. Go to the properties of the project
  2. Go to the Build tab
  3. Output: Check the XML documentation file.
  4. Make output path the same folder.

@RubenFricke and my advise is to do this between the end of this semester and the start of next semester.
