Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When issue #63 is implemented the system can show recommendations that are irrelevant for the user. If the user is "not interested" in a project the system still could show the project repeatedly. If we can track if a user is "not interested" in a certain project we can remove it from his project recommendations.

Describe the solution you'd like A way to stop showing projects to a user which he/she is not interested in.
