Bottom of text cut off during renaming

On windows while naming/renaming a folder or source, text is cut off the bottom.

I know it's been roughly a year, but I've come across this as well

It seems the rows / items in the tree view aren't the same height as in OBS's main scene view - those seem to have padding around the text and icons.

I've looked at the code but couldn't spot a way to add said padding (or modify the way the items are rendered in general) and would really love to see that get fixed 🙏
