I'm struggling to understand how the Mouth Opening Difference (MOD) is calculated in the project. The existing docs aren't clear enough for me to replicate it.

Would it be possible to share the code snippet or pseudocode for the MOD calculation? Even a basic outline of the steps (like which landmarks are used, distance metrics, etc.) would help a lot.
