Investigate bundling WSLHostPatcher in the Windows version

WSL2 is becoming more and more ubiquitous (and is easier to install than WSL1), so I ought to do something to make the WSL2 version perform correctly.

The main blocker on WSL2 is that access from other computers is disabled by default.
There are however tools to patch this on-the-fly like https://github.com/CzBiX/WSLHostPatcher (reported working on existing windows LRR installs by some users), so it might be interesting to bundle this tool in the existing app and launch it before starting the server.

Might not be necessary considering the MS Store version of WSL2 is bringing a bridge mode of sorts it seems: https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/issues/4150
