[Suggestion] Archive mismatch script

A script that checks the hashes in the database against all files in your LRR folder.

When I previously tried to load exactly 4713 archives (rbot stuff) into LRR, only 4709 were accepted with 4 archives missing. When attempting to use the Subfolders2Categories script I found the following errors in the log:

[2021-03-21 15:06:24] [Categories] [error] 1fdc519935c1fd697fcf0548650ffef473067d10 does not exist in the database.

It came to me that these hashes have to be the 4 omitted archives tho I'm unable to verify because I don't know how to hash thousands of files by the first 512kb on windows.
