Is "More Advanced Polymorphism" Ready?

I found that we have one more chapter titled "More Advanced Polymorphism" (the filename is higher-kinded.adoc,) nevertheless it have not linked from anywhere. Do you have a plan for publication of this contents?

this is a guest chapter, written by @Ingo60, in the same way that he contributed higher-rank.adoc. He may want to comment on what his plans are.

In general, the files are not really accessible as long as they are not linked from the toc. We use this "feature" to rough out and sharing our ideas without creating extra branches.

OMG, I can't remember what was the status when I left off. I thought it was pretty complete. Let me have a look later that week.
