Add tag(s) for released versions

There's version 1.1 on PyPI, but no tags in this repo. Would be nice to have a tagged commit for building from source, so that the test suite (which isn't packaged in the sdist) can be run as well, e.g. in the context of https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/13710.
