Bingo boards generated for HX should consider the starting mission

HX lets you select the mission you're starting from, but our bingo boards still generate under the assumption that you're starting from mission 1. Presumably there's some way for us to get that value and populate it into our own starting map field so that the bingo board can be generated in a way that can always be completed.
