Option for extra row or column of inventory

inventory overhaul could also allow rotating items, unaugmented prison pocket #429, and improve dropping items from inventory screen #381

an entire extra row/column would probably be too much, would need an option to add a certain number of slots and block out the remaining ones

also could make a 1x1 version of the DTS icon so it doesn't monopolize your playstyle
