Rebalance more augs
Example: maybe energy shield could be free to leave on all the time, and it only consumes energy each time it absorbs damage
We'll probably need some shared code inside the parent class to handle these a la carte energy costs, so that you can just leave augmentations enabled all the time and they only consume energy when they have an effect
make regen cap out, probably make all levels of the aug the same except what their healing cap is... example
lvl 1: max 20 health on each body part, lvl 2: 30, lvl 3: 50, lvl 4: 75
speed aug could instantly use 1 to 5 energy every time you activate it, to prevent turning it on and off a lot
