Ingress section has fallen into disrepair

It's been an open issue for too long, multiple problems with this section suggest a total re-record from scratch.

• [ ] course is now Desktop centred, ingress needs to be installed there.
• [ ] yaml schemas have changed - code is up to date but the videos don't reflect this
• [ ] Missing field "ingressClassName" now required - this should have been in the course yaml
• [ ] Get rid of the old websocket implementation as it causes further trouble here
• [x] aws section needs reworking. Install should now be easier but the files need checking, especially the annotations. Do a full run on production cluster
• [ ] There's a vague mention of ALB early on, possibly this should be expanded (maybe take this offline from the course as it's arguably getting advanced)
• [ ] The TLS stuff (which is offline) is the most awkward part, the OP on the original Q&A was actually dealing with this rather than any of the above.
