Worker implementation for multi-threading support.

Along with reviewing the implementation, please review the same as well:

1. Durable and Resilient Multi Threading support.
2. The design is flexible enough to support multiple protocols and Request formats.

Note: There is still significant amount of work to be done and massive collaboration needed to make the multi-threading support working.
