set username and password for opensubtitles library usage

how to set my username and password while import subliminal as a library and use the download_best_subtitles function? I also tried https://github.com/Diaoul/subliminal/issues/848 but opensubtitles panel does not show any query !

It's exactly how it's shown in #848 If you're still having problems, you'll need to provide more details
