download chinese subtitles, wrong encoding

hi,

tried to subliminal download -l zh movie.names

able to download the best subtitles but the character is not displayed properly even in text editor.

checked that the srt file is in IS-8859. i wonder it should be UTF-8 to be displayed properly.

the option -e UTF-8 does not work.

pls fix the search/convert to UTF-8 subtitles or advise the properly tag following the option -e.
