Party/Private Bank Dupe Bug

Describe the bug Items can be duped in the Party banks on restarts due to the plugin not saving the contents on shut down.

Versions Server - Paper 1.16.3 build 249 (I know, Paper... shoot me) McRPG - 1.4.0.0-beta (SpigotMC latest build)

Able To Reproduce Yes.

To Reproduce Have items in your Party bank/s for a while, take something out shortly before a restart - when it comes back up the item is still in the bank and wherever you took it out and put it.

Expected behavior Not that....
