SuperBreaker Activation

Describe the bug If you ready your pickaxe and then switch to another tool, ie shovel, and start breaking things SuperBreaker still activates.

Versions Server - Paper 1.16.3 build 249 (I know, Paper... shoot me) McRPG - 1.4.0.0-beta (SpigotMC latest build)

Able To Reproduce Yes.

To Reproduce I said what I said.

Expected behavior The tool you raised being put down/unreadied when you change to a different tool/item etc...
