There are a lot of things fixed since 1.0.2. Who has the power do make a release aside from @codingricky ?

All of the open PRs of Javafaker have been merged, and the security issues have been fixed in an active port, https://www.datafaker.net . This port includes a lot of new features/bugfixes and improvements, so if your minimum JDK is 1.8 or higher, then Datafaker could be an option to use.
