Add in pt-BR.yml, in state_abbr key MG abbreviation

Describe the bug In state_abbr don't have a MG abbreviation ( reference to Minas Gerais state), in state key already have Minas Gerais

To Reproduce Look at in pt-BR.yml, in state_abbr key

Expected behavior Include abbreviation in file

Versions:

  • Faker Version 1.02
