@codingricky Most Taiwanese do not think that Taiwan is part of China. So maybe this PR can be merged. It has a long historical debate, and can't reflect the current situation between Taiwan and China. As pointed out in the referenced links, the current data is consistent with ISO 3166, so this PR is unnecessary if the project is meant to keep consistent with ISO.
