Error after choose Gallery and cancel task

Well I am using ImagePicker in WebView android, if I choose the picture the WebView upload the image without any issue, but if I choose Gallery/Camera and I cancel the task I can't open anymore the ImagePicker.

+This issue happens when I choose to upload an image but then before I hit the camera/gallery I choose cancel on alert dialog, after this I can't open anymore the alert dialog, any way to get the click on the "cancel" value?
