investing.com의 지수를 읽은데 volume이 없는 경우(ex, SPGSCLP, MSCIEF) 빈 데이타프레임을 돌려줌

MSCIEF를 읽으면 빈데이타를 리턴합니다. 현재 'Volume'이 0보다 작은 값을 버려서 발생하는 것 같습니다.
