Emoji picker+Additional Themes
We can add an emoji picker in this chat app. Besides light and dark theme we could add multicolor themes based on users choice to this.I would like to work on this issue as a GSSOC 21 participant.Please assign me this.

I am thinking to add and modify more to it like this .Any suggestion on it?
@AakankshaKamal How about we improve the layout of the app in a better way ! Like include the dark mode and the light mode of the app in that box that you created which will be set to light mode by default.
Second thing is rather than just creating a box like this, I think we should create some type of drop box for the same. but then question arises that where should we place that dropbox !

How about this type of button to display the available themes and toggling of dark button.The UI and styles can be enhanced further.Suggestions are welcomed.
It's looking nice, but instead of green box, let's add a black as to get a pure black & white theme, would look great I guess. Also the earlier msg regarding dropbox sounds great at the top right corner.
The black and white theme is available ,the other color boxes are added in extra to it so to give different color choices to user for the background.

What about this? here on clicking the button user will be provided options for dark mode and various other color themes for background with all details provided as a title that will be displayed while hovering.
@AakankshaKamal How about we change the name of the button from click to something else ?
@AakankshaKamal Do that and create a PR for the same ! If PR already exists, push the appropriate changes with final screenshots which will help the team to merge the changes faster.

@AakankshaKamal try to add a pattern background as in light & dark themes, rather than a simple plain one, the color combo is nice, just add pattern for same color, would look great then.

@AakankshaKamal @dilemmawalker and also less glossy. something that doesn't put strain on the eyes and is comfortable to watch.

I really don't think so @AakankshaKamal , these patterns are straining the eyes too much. Try something soothing, have a look at canva templates, other messaging apps maybe that should help.
Also there is a suggestion that 1- theme-store button on click opens a dropdown with option in the menu coz currently the navbar just kinda carmmed. 2- You can use some medium themed images for background and add a option to add images for background.
