can you the ability to whitlelist or blacklist apps with wireguard tunnel? or forward the tunnel through SOCKS as a proxy

since wiregui is only a GUI for the wireguard cli (mostly wg-quick), i'll have to take a look if there's a feature for that, if there is, we can add it easily
