Automate RDS time bomb reset with scheduled task

Adapt https://gist.github.com/smoonlee/df51a93f1683d0108c259a80df2bae0a and use it in a scheduled task to reset the RDS time bomb before it expires, and keep the lab environment usable for a longer period of time. This is strictly for testing, not production.
