Not clear if my responses were saved

I just took the CSS survey. When I got to the end, I clicked the “finish survey” button and got a blank page (there was an empty white box in the middle which I guess was supposed to have a message in it?)

Now when I go back to the start and click “take survey” I get this cryptic error message:

Network error: JSON Parse error: Unable to parse JSON string

I’m hoping that’s because I’ve already filled in the survey but I have no idea...

It might've been a temporary server error, could you try again? Your data is saved every time you go to the next section though so hopefully it should be alright.

OK it’s working now. It hadn’t saved the last 2 sections (opinions and about you) but this time finishing the survey worked.

Might wanna look into improving the error messages in future :)

Oh sorry about the lost data, yes we'll definitely try and improve things.
