Better manage expectations around translations

Lots of complaints about incomplete translations, which is expected when a survey launches.

I wonder if a good way is to simply better manage expectations, e.g. show a % translation done in the dropdown:

And then perhaps a (dismissable) banner or something at the top when someone selects a language with a low % with a link to help out.

Good idea. Or maybe even a rough "complete/incomplete" distinction.
