Admin notes for rollback reasons

One thing I thought though would be if somehow you could flag that version to say "You previously rolled back from this version because {note message}" Basically, leave a note on that version so you don't update to it again and have to rollback again. Totally possible an admin could come in weeks later and there's still no fix and they see the update and just hit update.
