PortalEntity.addResonator() link is too long.

In demo/portal-test.html, I find the link is to long which from portal entity's add resonator method. I guess it is in entity\portal.js line 49, but I am not sure how IMV draw the link,

I'm guessing I broke this when I did some of the scene graph refactoring. I'll take a look at fixing it! Thanks for the report :)
