Update NumberEntity to use native values

Following the instructions to support unit conversions: https://developers.home-assistant.io/blog/2022/06/14/number_entity_refactoring/

After making this change in my local copy, Home Assistant no longer shows the value as Unknown, and setting the value through a Lovelace dashboard works.
