[FEATURE] Toggle 'Job Application For' on cover letter; (2) add credentials to last name

Hi, a quick request for the following:

1. Option to remove 'job application for' on the cover letter to enable it to be used for other, generic letter purposes. Alternatively, add a 'generic' template which keeps the same branding for other non-cover letters.
2. Option to add credentials to last name at the bottom of cover letter (e.g., PhD, etc, etc.)

Well, it looks I duplicated my own FR, that's embarrassing.
