[Feature] Allow to disable global hotkey

I don't need or want the global hotkey, so please let us disable it altogether. Of course I can set it to some key combination that I'd never use but that is pretty much a hack.

It is now available in 1.7.0 🎉 Open the Preferences panel to disable it.
