Add SVG support in the Image Convertor

What's the Problem?

The Image Convertor does not support SVG as input format

Solution/Idea

Allow to select SVG file as source in the Image Converter tool. It may require to set extra parameters like the output image size.

Alternatives

Add a new SVG converter section.
