Install on Windows 1909 build 18363.1556

What's the Problem?

I am running Windows 1909 build 18363.1556. I know this is below your minimum requirement but I was wondering if there was anything I could make a fork for and tweak in the source to allow it to install on my machine

Solution/Idea

I create a fork and disable features that require the higher Windows version

There sadly are none I don't think
