Remove unnecessary description in XML Formatter

What improvement do you think would an existing feature or tool in DevToys?

Removing the description for Put attributes on a new line I think is pretty self-explanatory and the extra description just clutters up the space. Also it doesn't really provide any further explanation, it's just the same thing again.
